Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TrackVerity, a server-side ad tracking service for e-commerce merchants. By creating an account or installing TrackVerity on your store, you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
1. The service
TrackVerity captures ad click data on your store, matches it to orders server-side and sends verified purchase events to the ad platforms you connect (currently Meta and TikTok). We provide the relay and the reporting around it. We do not run your ads, manage your ad accounts or place pixels for platforms you have not connected.
2. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start it. When the trial ends, tracking pauses until you pick a paid plan; we delete nothing during that pause.
3. Money-back guarantee
If the service does not work for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment only.
4. Plans and billing
- Plans are usage-based, priced by tracked orders per month. Each plan carries a monthly order limit.
- If you outgrow your plan mid-cycle, we keep tracking and ask you to move up a tier. We do not drop your data at the limit.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; access runs to the end of the paid period.
- Prices exclude VAT and local taxes where these apply.
5. Your responsibilities
- Your platform credentials.The pixel IDs, API tokens and server keys you connect belong to you. You are responsible for their validity and for your compliance with each ad platform's terms.
- Your store's consent compliance. You are responsible for the lawfulness of data collection on your store, including any consent banner, cookie notice or regional consent requirements that apply to your visitors. We give you the facts to disclose (see our Privacy Policy and DPA); the disclosure itself is yours to make.
- Lawful use. You will not use TrackVerity to process data you have no right to process, or for any unlawful purpose.
6. Data processing
For visitor and buyer data from your store, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement applies; a signable copy is available at support@trackverity.com.
7. No performance warranty
We warrant that we will run the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant any specific advertising outcome. Match rates, CPA, ROAS and platform optimization depend on factors outside our control, including your traffic, your creatives and the ad platforms' own systems. Better data usually helps; we cannot promise by how much. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided as is.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service or other customers; where practical we warn first. On termination we delete your store data per the DPA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
