Free trial, plans, usage, and billing

Learn when the trial ends, what a tracked order means, and how subscriptions are managed.

Free trial

  • A new account starts a 14-day trial with no card required.
  • The trial ends after 14 days or 100 tracked orders, whichever happens first.
  • The clock starts when the account is created, not when the store is connected.
  • When the trial ends, delivery to ad platforms pauses until a paid plan becomes active. Existing data is not deleted.

What counts toward usage

A paid order counts when TrackVerity creates a new order event. Repeated webhook deliveries do not increment usage again. Test orders, cancellations inside the relay window, and duplicate webhooks are not intended to count as separate tracked orders.

Paid plans

  • Starter includes 500 tracked orders per month.
  • Growth includes 3,000 tracked orders per month.
  • Scale includes 10,000 tracked orders per month.
  • Monthly and annual billing are available. Use the live Pricing or Billing page for current prices.

Manage billing

Billing shows the current plan and usage, payment method, invoices, and billing address. Stripe Checkout creates the subscription. Stripe's billing portal manages payment details and cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refund policy

The current Terms provide a full refund if the service does not work for you and you contact TrackVerity within 30 days of the first payment. It applies once per customer and to the first payment only.
