Check the right places
TrackVerity sign-in emails normally arrive within a minute. Search your mailbox for TrackVerity and check Spam or Junk. In Gmail, also check the Updates and Promotions tabs.
Check the address
- Return to the TrackVerity sign-in screen and confirm every character in the email address.
- Correct common domain mistakes such as gamil.com instead of gmail.com.
- Wait for the resend countdown to finish, then request a fresh email.
Use either secure option
Enter the 8-digit code on the sign-in screen, or select the confirmation button in the email. Each code and link works once and expires after one hour. If Google is available on the sign-in screen, you can use it instead.
Still no email?
Open the Help widget and tell us the email provider you use and when you requested the message. Never send us the one-time code, password, API key, or another secret.
