Install TrackVerity on WooCommerce

Upload the plugin, add the two store keys, and verify your first order.

Create the store

  1. Select Add store, choose WooCommerce, and enter the store name and domain.
  2. Open the new store and select Setup guide.
  3. Download trackverity-woocommerce.zip.

Install the plugin

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New, then Upload Plugin.
  2. Upload the ZIP file, select Install Now, and activate the plugin.
  3. Open WooCommerce, then TrackVerity.

Add the store keys

  1. Copy the Snippet key from the TrackVerity setup guide.
  2. Generate the WooCommerce API key and copy it immediately. The plain key is shown once.
  3. Paste both keys into the WordPress plugin, keep tracking enabled, and save.
Good to know

Generating a new WooCommerce API key invalidates the previous key immediately. Save the new key in WordPress before expecting new orders to arrive.

Verify the connection

  1. Open the storefront so TrackVerity can detect the script.
  2. Place a controlled test order and confirm it appears in the Event log.
  3. Add a Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads channel.

Current compatibility

The plugin supports classic and block checkouts and declares WooCommerce HPOS compatibility. It sends purchases when an order reaches Processing or Completed, prevents the second status transition from creating another purchase, and sends refunds. WooCommerce support is still early access, so test it on your own checkout before running paid traffic.
